As a kid growing up in Chicago, Mark spent years working with his uncle. His uncle, the owner of Home of the Hoagy, taught him how to season and prepare food to perfection. From those early days, we affectionately named our place “Nephew’s” with a few added dishes along with some traditional ones, like the Famous Steak Sandwich Supreme, hand-cut fries with a blend of the special Sweet Sauce, a mouth-watering touch of our crispy chicken wings drizzled with our special sauce.
